About the Product
Test Pilot was created as a researcher platform within the Financial Industry! Through this tool, User Experience Researchers can create studies, query participants, track participant activity and communication, and much more.
Process
We gathered interviewed UX researchers across multiple lines of business, documented pain points in there recruitment process, and began to pinpoints opportunity for enhancements. I worked with a team of two UX Researchers to compile ideal user journey maps for participants but also for research facilitators.
Once I mapped out an application flow with wireframes, I moved into designing higher fidelity and testing them with clickable prototyping with the target users. The rapid testing and implementation of changes within the designs set us up for a more confident and rapid development.
Success
We successfully launched the platform across the entire company and it's 76K employees. There were 21 research efforts with 400 participants facilitated within the first three months of launch.
