About the Product

The OrderPro mobile application is a powerful, intuitive application designed to equip Sales Associates with the tools they need to efficiently customize, price, and sell subscription packages while attending conferences, trade shows, or onsite customer meetings.

This mobile-first solution enhances the sales process by providing real-time access to product configurations, dynamic pricing models, and seamless transaction capabilities. With an easy-to-use interface, Sales Associates can personalize subscription offerings based on customer needs, apply discounts, and generate quotes instantly. Integrated with CRM and payment processing systems, the app ensures a smooth, end-to-end sales experience.

Process

I began with interviewing our Homes Sales Associates and Managers to identify pain points and gather enhancements. I worked with our developer team to assess the current application structure and propose a more iOS centric interface. We then refined the application flow and introduction of new features through iterative usability testing of both wireframes than high fidelity clickable designs.

Success

We targeted a release date that allowed one spring of final testing and updates before an official launch in times for a Sales Conference. Due to multiple rounds of testing, our launch was successful amongst Sales Associates and led to the ability of selling a new product not managed within the original app.
