About the Product
I lead the Product Design effort to gathering requirements, plan, and designing a web application for volunteerism for over 76K employees of public fortune 500 company.
Process
I began to assess the companies process for management and participation in corporate volunteerism and identify pain points, opportunities for enhancements, and new target goals. We also researched the market and found two main competitors to this solution and documented there successful features as opportunities.
I performed stakeholder workshops and employee interviews within the first two sprints, compiled our findings into epics, and then planned out an ideal journey map for each identified persona.
My team then refined each features through iterative usability testing and kicked off development in March.
Success
This platform launched in May 2024 and was used to facilitate the signup of over 4K volunteers and over 500 events.
